The eye is an extension of the brain. Besides acting as the organ of vision, certain patterns of eye movement open up pathways into the brain for the input and recall of sensory-rich information. Once you understand these patterns of movement, you'll be able to better create and internalize sensory-rich, achiever-focused goals.
In this session, you'll be introduced to a model that details 21 dominant behaviors common to high achievers and are categorized into emotional, physical, financial and spiritual habits. The goal of this program is to develop and acquire those habits.
In this session, you'll compare yourself to the high-achiever model and identify the high-achievement habits you would like to possess and the self-defeating habits that are holding you back. You'll then learn how to prioritize those habits and select the one specific habit you would like to acquire within a 30 day period.
In this session, you'll be introduced to the power of "Sensory Goal Setting" (SGS). You'll learn how to transform your desired high-achiever goal from a written statement to its sensory components (sight, sound, touch taste, smell ) and pre-live the consequences of achieving those goals.
To make the SGS process more effective, you'll learn how to remove tension and stress from your body —to automatically relax any muscle group in your body through the activation of a color and an eye movement. This process intensifies your concentration and sharpens your internal vision.
In this session, you'll learn how to open and get access to the inner-depths of your holographic brain in order to inculcate it with your desired high-achiever goal and learn how to pre-live the emotional benefits and positive consequences you'll experience when your goal is achieved. This process accelerates your goal attainment and makes it a permanent part of your behavior.
Most habits are so deeply rooted in our nervous system that they're very difficult to change. By associating visual symbols with positive and negative habits it's possible to mentally control the habits by consciously controlling their representative symbols. In this session, you'll learn how to harness and utilize the power of this technique for extinguishing self-defeating behaviors.
In this session, you'll be introduced to a 30-day action plan that will help you internalize your new high-achiever habit into a permanent part of your behavior. Each day you'll set a behavioral goal and at the end of the day, you'll evaluate your day's performance, utilizing it as feedback. You'll then set new corrective goals for the next day. You'll repeat this cycle for the next 30 days until your goal becomes internalized and habitual.
